● Discovering top talents for open positions. ● Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks). ● Planning advertisement, interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews. ● Reviewing employment applications. ● Coordinating with department/subunit managers to continue recruitment process. ● Assessing candidates’ information including resumes and contact details, using Applicant Tracking System. ● Conducting competency-based and star interviews.

Requirements

● Proven experience as a recruitment specialist, recruiter, or similar roles. ● Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn. ● Familiarity with ATS. ● Strong interpersonal skills. ● Good written and verbal communication skills. ● Teamwork spirit. ● At least 3 years of experience.
