Job Description

  • Responsible for all aspects of sourcing and hiring professionals to fill positions.
  • Communicate with the hiring managers to identify potential job openings and their requirements.
  • Screen applicants for job compatibility by phone, video, or in-person interviews.
  • Source potential applicants through niche platforms, as well as identify future hiring requirements and improve job descriptions.
  • Conduct pre-screening calls to assess applicants' skills.
  • Work with department directors to compile a consistent list of demands.
  • Candidate sourcing via various channels, such as social networks, job boards, referrals, or any other innovative method.
  • Analyze candidates' knowledge, skills, and experience to find out which ones are most suited to open positions.
  • Support the company's reputation and its attractiveness as a career opportunity.
  • Contribute in boot camps, job fairs, or any other venue in order to enforce the employer branding and find potential candidates and create a good talent pool.
  • Work with KPIs, be happy with reporting, and assess the process efficiency.


  • Fluency in Azari is essential.
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter.
  • Strong communication, both verbal and written.
  • Persuasion skills for headhunting the right persons and affecting their career decisions.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented.
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks.
  • Expert in HR databases, applicant tracking systems, and candidate management systems.
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
  • Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.
  • Familiar with the market and its competitive environment.
