Sabah Industries Group, a leading organization in the consumer goods sector, seeks an experienced and driven Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team in Tehran. The successful candidate will spearhead our HR initiatives, focusing on talent acquisition, performance management, and nurturing a high-performance culture. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership qualities and a deep understanding of human resource principles.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives in line with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Manage and improve performance appraisal systems to drive high performance.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations to foster a positive work environment.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the HR team.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Support and coach managers in coaching teams to achieve high performance.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Proven experience in HR management in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and best practices.
- Proficient in talent acquisition and performance management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong ethical standards and ability to cultivate a culture of integrity.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experienced in handling large teams.
