● Develop, monitor, and implement strategies and initiatives for the HR system and tactics in line with the company's overall plan.
● Manage employee relationships by handling requests, complaints, or other issues.
● Support current and future business needs through the development, participation, motivation, and conservation of human capital.
● Create a positive work environment.
● Provide a reward payment program.
● Assess training needs to implement and monitor training programs.
● Report to the CEO.
● Ensure legal compliance during human resource management.
● Evaluate and present constructive and timely performance.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sociology, Human Resources Management, or Economics.
● At least five years of work experience in human resources.
● Fluent in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
● Familiar with Iranian laws and regulations.
