Job Description

● Develop and implement human resources strategies in line with the organization's strategy. ● Analyze the organization's jobs. ● Deal with the demands and grievances of employees and manage their relationships. ● Manage evaluation, recruitment, and selection processes. ● Support the current and future needs of the business through the development, participation, and preservation of human capital. ● Oversee overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures throughout the organization. ● Cultivate a positive work environment and motivate employees. ● Create, monitor, and manage performance evaluation systems. ● Assess training needs to implement, develop and monitor training programs. ● Talent management and employee retention planning. ● Improve the attitudes of the organization's employees.

Requirements

● At least a Master's degree in HRM or psychology. ● Five to seven years of relevant work experience from reputable multinational companies. ● Valid domestic and international certificates in human resources management. ● Gener preference: Male/Female. ● Age range: 35 to 55 years old. ● Ability to direct and motivate employees in line with the organization's goals. ● Ability to understand and apply information in order to achieve the organization's strategic goals. ● Ability to guide different stakeholders of the organization. ● Ability to exchange effective information among the organization's stakeholders. ● Ability to analyze problems, and evaluate solutions.
