Requirements
● At least a Master's degree in HRM or psychology.
● Five to seven years of relevant work experience from reputable multinational companies.
● Valid domestic and international certificates in human resources management.
● Gener preference: Male/Female.
● Age range: 35 to 55 years old.
● Ability to direct and motivate employees in line with the organization's goals.
● Ability to understand and apply information in order to achieve the organization's strategic goals.
● Ability to guide different stakeholders of the organization.
● Ability to exchange effective information among the organization's stakeholders.
● Ability to analyze problems, and evaluate solutions.
