● Provide SOPs, procedures, executive procedures, regulations and human resource sectors.
● Determine the indices of performance review, supervising the issuance of employment verdicts and the evaluation of employee performance.
● Prepare and update the company's job description.
● Establish a communication system between employees and organizations.
● Monitor the training histories and personnel identifiers with the objective of proper planning for them.
● Control the organizational chart.
● Manage resignation and leave of personnel from the organization.
● Job analysis and design of employees ' salaries and systems.
● Staff training and efforts to improve their knowledge and skills.
● Maintain and strengthen the motivation of employees.
● Develop and implement strategies and HR initiatives tailored to the overall business strategy.
● Strengthen management and employee communication by evaluating demands, complaints, or other issues.
Requirements
● Master's degree in Human Resources Management.
● At least ten years of work experience in HR management (preferably in the pharmaceutical industry).
● Proficient in English.
● Age range: 35 to 45 years old.
● Gender preference: Male/Female.
