Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably, in Industrial Engineering, Management, Organizational Psychology, Sociology, or other related fields.
● Excellent written and verbal communication; high-quality document and report preparation.
● Exceptional listening skills and ability to influence and coach employees of all levels in the organization.
● Ability to work independently, as well as an active member of both business and HR teams.
● Ability to analyze data, prepare analytical reports and work with related graphs.
● Advanced in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
● Fast learner.
● Advanced in English.
