Job Description

  • Cooperating closely with hiring managers to recognize their needs.
  • Following A to Z of the recruitment process from Hiring request, sourcing, CV screening, phone interviewing, in-person interviews, and reference checks.
  • Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees and presenting related reports.
  • Monitoring talent acquisition KPIs and suggesting for improving funnel.
  • Presenting weekly, and monthly reports of the hiring process.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR; with demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition function.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
