The HR Business Partner is responsible for managing, planning and implementing all activities to Operational team (Warehouse and Sales team). This includes safety & security matters, local recruitment for non-managerial position, special projects and social dialogues. It will need developing work plans; assigning work activities, monitoring work flow, reviewing and evaluating work methods and procedures, and directing such activities to improve services.
Human Resources or related field
3-5 years’ work experience as minimum requirement
Good command of English language.
Experience / knowledge required:
Good Business analysis skills
Knowledge of HR theories, frameworks and tools
Excellent people management skills
Analytical and goal oriented
Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
Good judgement/decision making
