Job Description

Manage a variety of human resources functions, including:

  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations
  • Analyze HR data and provide insights to improve HR processes and employee engagement
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations
  • Coordinate and facilitate HR training and development programs
  • Maintain personnel records and files

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience as an HR generalist.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices, and labor regulations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Fluent in English with the ability to effectively convey complex HR information.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address HR-related issues.
  • Familiarity with HR data analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
