Job Description
We are looking for an HR specialist for our plant in Takestan.
This position reports to the company HR Manager and is responsible for all the people-related activities in the plant.
The main responsibilities of the position are as follows:
- Execute the a-z process of payroll, from attendance system to salary payment, and reports.
- Coordinate total rewards in line with local and regional standards.
- Coordinate learning and development processes, in line with local and regional requirements.
- Responsible for the budget process of HR and administration.
- Coordinate the recruitment process and onboarding of the newcomers in alignment with the HR Manager.
- Report all the mentioned processes to authorities, and local and regional stakeholders.
- Manage social and complimentary insurance at the company level.
- Manage taxation and all HR-related audits in this respect.
- Maintain compliance in all HR-related activities according to local, external, internal, and corporate standards.
