Job Description

We are looking for an HR specialist for our plant in Takestan.

This position reports to the company HR Manager and is responsible for all the people-related activities in the plant.

The main responsibilities of the position are as follows:

  • Execute the a-z process of payroll, from attendance system to salary payment, and reports.
  • Coordinate total rewards in line with local and regional standards.
  • Coordinate learning and development processes, in line with local and regional requirements.
  • Responsible for the budget process of HR and administration.
  • Coordinate the recruitment process and onboarding of the newcomers in alignment with the HR Manager.
  • Report all the mentioned processes to authorities, and local and regional stakeholders.
  • Manage social and complimentary insurance at the company level.
  • Manage taxation and all HR-related audits in this respect.
  • Maintain compliance in all HR-related activities according to local, external, internal, and corporate standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR.
  • The international and corporate background is a great advantage.
  • Prioritizes and plans work activities, uses time efficiently, and develops realistic action plans.
  • Synthesizes complex or diverse information.
  • Profound communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office) - Word, and Excel.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Detail-oriented and good problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of labor law and social security instructions.
