Improve organization chart aligned with a long-term strategy.
Performance management system design and KPIs setting.
Prepare development plan for key persons according to company strategy, design and implement a succession plan for employees.
Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource requirements.
Ensure to work according to the company's ethical standards and principles.
Plan and conduct motivational programs to increase employee satisfaction.
