Job Description

Golsam Gorgan Chemical Company manufactures agricultural products and seeks a talented and self-motivated human resources manager to join our fast-growing business.

Tasks:

  • Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts, and helping resolve work-related problems.
  • Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Advise managers on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment, and recommend needed changes.
  • Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures.
  • Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster a positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
  • Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview, and select applicants.
  • Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, or coordinate an organization's personnel, training, or labor relations activities.
  • Represent the organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
  • Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs.

The location of the position is HQ in Tehran, along with periodic trips to the surrounding and northern parts of the country.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
  • Knowledge of English is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, government regulations, and SSO processes.
  • Knowledge of human behavior and performance; individual differences in ability, personality, and interests; learning and motivation; psychological research methods; and the assessment and treatment of behavioral and affective disorders.
  • At least 15 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration, preferably in Agricultural production.
  • Maximum age: 45 years old.
  • Master's degree in HR Management, Industrial ٍngineering, Industrial Management, or an MBA graduate. 
  • MS Office, HR technical software, and Office Automation System.
