Job Description

● Prepare and regulate policies, guidelines, procedures, and regulations related to human resources. ● Manage all administrative operations, supervise the correct and complete implementation of the company's methods and policies. ● Hire and recruit process from A to Z. ● Analyze the recruitment performance, cost per hire, and time to hire. ● Organize all personnel administration affairs according to labor law, such as contracts, insurance and etc. ● Plan, design, and conduct motivational programs to increase employee satisfaction.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, or an MBA/DBA graduate. ● Professional knowledge of all HR areas (Recruitment, development, performance evaluation, retention, payroll, SSO and labor law). ● More than 5 years of experience in the human resources field including at least two years in people management. ● Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skill. ● Excellent Leadership skills, and ability to motivate and train others. ● Fluent in English. ● Fluent in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, etc.) skills. ● Ideal age range: 30 to 40 years old.
