Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, or an MBA/DBA graduate.
● Professional knowledge of all HR areas (Recruitment, development, performance evaluation, retention, payroll, SSO and labor law).
● More than 5 years of experience in the human resources field including at least two years in people management.
● Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skill.
● Excellent Leadership skills, and ability to motivate and train others.
● Fluent in English.
● Fluent in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, etc.) skills.
● Ideal age range: 30 to 40 years old.
