Job Description
- Planning the CEO activities and meetings
- Preparing the reports required by the CEO
- Arranging, managing, and organizing CEO daily, weekly and monthly schedule
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing/incoming correspondence (Emails, Letters) and report to Managing Director
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents
- Follow up all the tasks assigned by the management and report the results immediately
- Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information
- Use computers for various applications, such as typing, word processing, excel, PowerPoint preparation, getting information from the Internet, Googling, and searching.
- Translation from Persian to English and vice versa
- Preparing reports
- Demonstrating proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
