Job Description

In charge of creation and implementation of marketing and communication plans for SciTech. We are looking for an experienced brand manager to develop and implement marketing activities that will increase consumer awareness, brand value and market share. Responsibilities - Research and analyze local and global market trends in the sanitary ware industry in order to evaluate and improve SciTech’s product portfolio. - Research and analyze consumer behavior in order to conduct a comprehensive consumer segmentation study for SciTech. - Prepare an Annual Communication Plan that would result in increased consumer awareness, sales and market share for SciTech. - Using the SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, realistic & timely) methodology, translate the Annual Communication Plan into monthly activities with budget requirements. - Put together a comprehensive study of main advertising agencies operating in Iran in order to select the best agency for SciTech. - Create a new and updated brand book for SciTech. - Oversee the production of advertisements, promotional and campaign materials. - Compile a monthly media (television, outdoor, social media, digital) report that would provide details on key competition, main marketing initiatives; including new product launches.

Requirements

Requirements - Male or Female Candidate; age range 25 to 35. - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or a relevant field. An MBA is a plus. - A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. - Highly organized and capable of meeting tight deadlines. - Strong research & analytical skills. - Good communication skills, both written & verbal.
