Job Summary
Responsible for supervising marketing/brand activities, analyzing market and brand performance data, and supporting the planning and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to ensure effective brand growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and organize the work of the marketing team to ensure efficient and compliant operations.
Support budget preparation and monitor spending against approved budgets.
Implement and ensure adherence to marketing policies, procedures, and systems.
Oversee day‑to‑day marketing operations and ensure smooth execution of processes.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in marketing processes and performance.
Prepare accurate and timely reports for management and department requirements.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and food safety management systems.
Collect and analyze market, consumer, and brand performance data (KPIs).
Conduct quantitative and qualitative research and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Support brand strategy development and marketing campaigns (TV and non‑TV).
Lead projects such as promotions, packaging development, POSM implementation, and new product development.
Conduct pricing and competitive analysis and recommend actions.
Assist in media planning and manage project budgets within approved limits.
