Job Description

- Develop and execute country sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to maximize performance and market coverage.
- Analyze sales trends, monitor inventory levels, and collaborate with distribution partners to ensure product availability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct regular market visits and evaluate sales performance data to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Analyze market dynamics to understand customer needs, emerging trends, and competitive activities.
- Plan and implement product launch strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with medical, regulatory, and cross-functional teams to ensure compliant and effective marketing activities.
- Develop and monitor brand strategies and product positioning initiatives.
- Design and execute marketing communication plans, including digital and multi-channel marketing projects.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and performance reports to support decision-making.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing.
- Strong knowledge of sales management, marketing principles, and market analysis.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful commercial strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
- Proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
