The air freight specialist's focus is on handling air freight inquiries and bookings including customer service management and coordinating with the sales, accounting, and other departments.
* Correspond and liaise with International and local agents, and airlines for pricing and operations purposes. * Monitor and track shipments from A-Z. * Shipments management using company software (CARAVAN). * Delivery orders, warehouse receipts, and EPLs. * Generate monthly reports for the management. * Salary: negotiable. * Benefits: health insurance.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in any subject. * Highly motivated. * Some related experience. * Time management, meeting deadlines, and multitasking skills. * Ability to work independently and in a team environment. * Good knowledge of MS Office. * Good command of English skills. * Gender preference: Male/Female.
