Active contribution to the development of recruitment strategy, including job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc.
Utilize social media, job boards, internet sourcing, networking, career fairs, staffing firms, and other means to source candidates for open jobs and future needs.
CV screening based on required qualifications.
Schedule and conduct telephone interviews, coordinate technical interviews, and take recruitment tests from the candidates.
Conduct exit interviews and find the main reason.
Calculate recruitment and recruitment metrics, update them, and prepare regular quarterly reports.
Contribute to identifying future talent needs a plan and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements.
Manage the recruitment process and life cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
Use applicant tracking systems to track applicants through the selection phase through to onboarding.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in HR Management, Industrial Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields.
At least 2 years of experience as a recruiter.
In-depth knowledge of competency-based interview and psychometric tools, talent acquisition process, and employer branding.
Proficient in creating reports to monitor metrics.
Strong presentation skills.
Experience in building talent acquisition digital and social media campaigns.
