● Determine applicants’ qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing applicant qualifications to job requirements.
● Conduct different interview methods such as behavioral, group, and panel interviews.
● Consult and support hiring managers to recruit the best available talents for vacant positions.
● Conduct assessment centers and be aware of various psychological tests required for recruitment.
● Analyze the recruitment agencies' performance, cost per hire, time to hire, and recommend changes and improvements.
● Prepare documentation for the hiring process.
● Prepare monthly and annual hiring and HR planning reports.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Human Resources, or Psychology.
● At least 2 years of experience as a recruitment specialist (preferred to be familiar with the pharmaceutical industry).
● Knowledge of SSO and different recruitment methods and practices.
● Excellent interpersonal savvy and networking abilities.
● Strong attention to detail, and analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
● Fluent in English.
