  • Reviewing and screening the received resumes based on the eligibility criteria.
  • Conducting competency-based interviews.
  • Assessing the level of satisfaction of applicants, managers, and employed people with the recruiting and hiring process.
  • Coordinating and following up on related to the recruitment and hiring process with managers.
  • Preparing various analytical reports in the field of recruitment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management.
  • More than 4 years of experience in the same position.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Familiar with the FMCG industry.
  • Fluent in workforce planning methods.
  • Excellent in the talent acquisition process.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Result-oriented.
  • Strong networking abilities.
  • Age range: 27 to 35 years old.
  • Good Command of English.
