Job Description

A) HRIS, Data Management & Reporting

Operate HR systems (HRIS, attendance, workflows, digital HR platforms)

Prepare and analyze periodic HR reports (Headcount, Attrition, Overtime, Hiring, HR KPIs)

Advanced Excel work including PivotTables, XLOOKUP, IF formulas, dashboards, data cleaning

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records

Support automation of HR processes and digital initiatives

B) Performance Management

Assist in designing and running the full performance cycle:

SMART goal setting

Quarterly reviews

Collecting feedback from managers

Annual evaluation and calibration meetings

Train employees and managers on performance processes

Analyze performance results to support decisions on compensation, promotion, and contract renewal

C) Learning & Development (L&D)

Conduct training needs assessment for different units

Develop and coordinate the annual training calendar

Manage training logistics (instructors, venues, materials, attendance)

Evaluate training effectiveness based on Kirkpatrick Levels 1–3

Prepare internal learning materials and micro-training content

Support career pathing and development programs

D) Job Grading & Organizational Structure

Participate in updating job descriptions and competency requirements

Support job grading projects (GGS / Hay / internal models)

Conduct data analysis for salary alignment with grading structure

Assist HRBP with organizational design, productivity analysis, and workforce structuring

E) General HR Operations

Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and line managers

Assist in the recruitment process (initial screening, assessments, documentation)

Execute Onboarding & Offboarding processes

Maintain employee files and digital HR documentation

Support HR projects such as Engagement, Talent Management, Culture initiatives, and Succession Planning
