● Arrange the letters and contracts of the institute.
● Systematic and physical archiving of all documents, contracts, etc.
● Respond to calls and customers.
● Arrange senior manager appointments and track results.
● Coordinate affairs, management requests, and other collaborators.
● Manage the office automation of the institution and communicate with the support center.
● Prepare accurate monthly reports according to the requested tables of management.
● Direct Manager: Managing Director.
● Probation period: 2 months.
● Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 8 am to 5:30 pm.
● Travel requirements: Probably once a year.
