Job Description

● Arrange the letters and contracts of the institute. ● Systematic and physical archiving of all documents, contracts, etc. ● Respond to calls and customers. ● Arrange senior manager appointments and track results. ● Coordinate affairs, management requests, and other collaborators. ● Manage the office automation of the institution and communicate with the support center. ● Prepare accurate monthly reports according to the requested tables of management. ● Direct Manager: Managing Director. ● Probation period: 2 months. ● Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 8 am to 5:30 pm. ● Travel requirements: Probably once a year. ● Rewards and benefits: Social security, supplemental insurance, welfare fund membership, and six-month performance rewards.

Requirements

● Gender preference: Female. ● Bachelor's degree. ● Having high public relations and the ability to communicate effectively with customers. ● A person with motivation and interest in teamwork and learning. ● Ability to do teamwork, with discipline and high accuracy in doing tasks. ● A creative person. ● At least 2 years of relevant work experience. ● Familiarity with working with computers. ● Introduction to Microsoft Office.
