We are looking for an HR Manager to establish, lead and direct our Human Resources department at Iranian Tissue Product Co.
Responsibilities:
You will help shape our employer brand strategy. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with HR management, including payroll systems and applicant tracking systems, KPI, and job description ultimately, you will ensure our company attracts hires, develops, and retains qualified employees. We expect to drive knowledge management, training systems, and sustainability program of the company in the HR department as well.
● Job analysis and design of salary system and compensation of employees.
● Creating job descriptions, job classification, and job requirements system with accompany of departments leaders. Including employees’ career development paths with managers.
● Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment.
● Develop compensation and benefit plans.
● Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process.
● Host in-house recruitment events.
● Maintaining organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes and Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates and cost-per-hire).
● Organize learning and development programs.
● Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations requirements.
