Minimum of 5 years of relevant, practical experience in administrative affairs
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Management from an accredited institution
Master’s degree in Human Resource Management preferred
Proficiency in human resource planning
Proficiency in labor and social security laws
Proficiency in personnel administration processes
Proficiency in compensation and payment systems
Proficiency in labor-management relations
Proficiency in HR software (e.g., Rahkaran)
Proficiency in general application software (e.g., Word, Excel, etc.)
