Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and processes in alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives.
Plan and manage recruitment, hiring, and workforce acquisition processes to meet the organization’s staffing requirements.
Oversee performance management, career advancement, compensation and benefits, and talent management processes.
Oversee the planning and implementation of employee training and development programs based on job-specific and organizational needs.
Manage payroll, compensation, benefits, and employee services processes and ensure their proper and accurate implementation.
Monitor key HR metrics and prepare analytical and management reports for senior management.
Design and continuously improve the organizational structure, job structures, job descriptions, and job classification and evaluation systems.
Manage employee relations processes, address organizational issues and conflicts, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, social security regulations, and other applicable HR-related requirements.
Conduct workforce planning and forecast the organization’s future staffing needs in terms of headcount and required competencies.
Develop and enhance organizational culture and design initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and engagement.
Lead and manage the HR team and evaluate team members’ performance.
Collaborate with managers across different departments on workforce-related decisions and HR matters.
Provide data-driven HR improvement recommendations based on HR metrics, workforce data, and labor market trends.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Management, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of managerial experience in Human Resources.
Strong knowledge of recruitment and selection, learning and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
Proven expertise in designing, developing, and continuously improving HR processes and systems.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze HR data and prepare management reports.
Excellent leadership, team management, and team development skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage conflicts.
Excellent negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Proficiency in English.
