Job Description


• Possess 5–10 years of progressive experience in human resources management
• Execute the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, retention, and offboarding
• Prepare, organize, and maintain essential employment and HR analytical reports
• Identify, assess, and develop effective recruitment channels aligned with organizational talent needs
• Develop and update organizational and managerial structure charts
• Strong command of labor laws, social rights, and insurance regulations
• Proficient in attendance management and time-tracking systems
• Skilled in HR administration and personnel affairs
• Analyze, standardize, and redesign HR forms and documentation
• Demonstrate solid ability in job analysis and job evaluation
• Review and authorize employment contracts, administrative decisions, and personnel documentation in compliance with applicable regulations
• Plan, coordinate, and implement HR events, initiatives, and engagement programs
• Oversee personnel contract drafting, issuance, and compliance processes
• Develop, maintain, and update job descriptions, workflows, policies, and operational procedures
• Monitor and supervise staff performance across the head office and production sites
• Design, implement, and evaluate KPI frameworks for departments and roles
• Effectively manage and resolve internal organizational conflicts
