Job Description

-Design and implement strategies for employee performance evaluation and improvement, as well as career development and advancement programs.
-Plan and execute human resource growth and excellence initiatives.
-Manage the recruitment and hiring process for specialized staff based on organizational needs.
-Oversee compensation, benefits, and employee performance appraisal systems.
-Plan and implement welfare and motivational programs to enhance employee satisfaction and organizational commitment.
-Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
-Manage support services including procurement of supplies, equipment, and organizational assets.
-Interact and coordinate with governmental departments, insurance organizations, and follow up on related matters.
-Manage and supervise renovation, maintenance, and repair of organizational buildings.
