Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of HR management experience in a big company.
Minimum 3 years of HR management experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing company.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Full knowledge of Iranian labor laws, social security, and employment regulations.
Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems.
Expertise in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
Ability to design and implement training and development programs.
Familiarity with HR processes in the pharmaceutical sector.
