Job Description

We (as a large manufacturing company) are looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes with a focus on headhunting, retention, and performance evaluation of the mid to top-layer personnel. Main responsibilities: ● Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, onboarding, retention, and succession planning. ● Manage the development of the in-house recruiting team and builds the relationship between our company and external staffing agencies. ● Manage headhunting and talent acquisition process, particularly for managerial and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings. ● Maintain a smooth onboarding process. ● Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. ● Create learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees. ● Maintain company organization charts and employee directories. ● Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution. ● Maintain and utilize SAP HRM systems and processes.

Requirements

● At least five years of HRM experience with a focus on hiring factory labor. ● Experience working with ERP and ATS platforms. ● Proven track record of achieving hiring goals, preferably in a growing factory. ● Ability to effectively share ideas in the written and verbal format in operations language and build relationships with factory leadership. ● Mastery of MS Office, especially Excel, and providing and interpreting real-time data.
