A career as a ZARRIN Talent Acquisition Specialist will provide the opportunity to develop deep knowledge and skill sets in 1 or more HR fields (e.g. Talent Practice, Talent Management, Talent Sourcing, Succession Management …). Your work might span across local or regional scopes and projects.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist in our Human Resources Department, your key responsibilities will include:
-Improving day to day operations in ZARRIN’s recruitment and selection process
-Managing the end to end recruitment process guiding all vested parties on job posting, sourcing strategies, and on-boarding process.
-Collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure ZARRIN is able to continue hiring the best qualified candidates into the company
-Generating, maintaining, and ensuring accuracy of dashboards, scorecards, and databases used in the end-to-end recruitment process
-Providing planning, logistics, and administrative support in the execution of various local and global initiatives in talent supply.
-Providing state of the art controls support in the end-to-end operations of ZARRIN’s recruitment process
-You will participate in other HR projects, including but not limited to:
-On-boarding;
-Talent and succession management;
-Development of contemporary strategies and cost-efficient execution plans for recruitment Process.
-Develop or implement recruiting strategies to meet current or anticipated staffing needs.
-Implementation of HR/Workforce planning requirements ( Recruitment plan).
-Develop and implement Employer Branding strategies.
