Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated talent acquisition specialist to join our HR team.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior HR team members and hiring managers to identify business needs, design effective hiring strategies, and deliver top talent across various departments. You will support the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to hiring and onboarding. Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and design tailored recruitment strategies.
- Participate in the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, interviewing, evaluating, and onboarding candidates.
- Proactively source active and passive candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking events, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen applications, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate the process.
- Prepare, extend, and negotiate offers in collaboration with HR and leadership teams.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Perform background checks and reference verifications.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to deliver a seamless onboarding experience.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Represent and promote the company brand at career fairs, online communities, and recruitment campaigns.
- Stay updated on labor market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruiting best practices.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience managing the full recruitment cycle (preferably in startups or e-commerce businesses).
- Strong understanding of sourcing methods, recruitment strategies, and hiring best practices.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR management software.
- Familiarity utilizing AI tools such as Chat GPT, Perplexity, Gamma, and others to enhance HR and recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and organizational abilities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
