Job Description
● Doing all arrangements of the Manager’s daily meetings.
● Preparing the cardboard, archiving, and recording documents and letters.
● Doing domestic/ foreign correspondence (fax, e-mail, letter, etc.).
● Carrying out all administrative affairs, correspondence, etc., archiving incoming and outgoing letters.
● Answering phone calls.
● Supervising the performance of services and collectors.
● Coordinating appointments and meetings of company managers.
