Job Description
- Manage calendar, including time, tasks, and scheduling all appointments and meetings.
- Answer calls, take messages, and handle correspondence.
- Prepare materials for meetings and provide post-meeting follow-up notes.
- Type, prepare, and collate reports filing.
- Responsible for the overall direction and coordination of the team's administration.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations and documentation.
- Make travel arrangements (visa, ticket, hotel reservation, etc.).
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as an executive assistant.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Punctual.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Multiple-tasking skills.
- High level of handling confidential information.
- Advanced in teamwork.
- Skilled in communications.
- Exceptional planning, time management, and organizational skills.
- Good level in Microsoft Office, especially Word, and Excel.
