Job Description

  • Manage calendar, including time, tasks, and scheduling all appointments and meetings.
  • Answer calls, take messages, and handle correspondence.
  • Prepare materials for meetings and provide post-meeting follow-up notes.
  • Type, prepare, and collate reports filing.
  • Responsible for the overall direction and coordination of the team's administration.
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations and documentation.
  • Make travel arrangements (visa, ticket, hotel reservation, etc.).

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as an executive assistant.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Punctual.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Multiple-tasking skills.
  • High level of handling confidential information.
  • Advanced in teamwork.
  • Skilled in communications.
  • Exceptional planning, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Good level in Microsoft Office, especially Word, and Excel.
