Job Description

We are looking to recruit a professional HR manager, to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, plan for new staff, interview, and recruit. To cultivate a healthy work environment where everyone can thrive. To offer guidance to company top executives on strategic decisions affecting all management levels. To create sustainable change within our company. Responsibilities: ● Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. ● Manage the recruitment, selection process, and termination of cooperation on daily basis. ● Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. ● Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human resources. ● Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization. ● Nurture a positive working environment. ● Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. ● Maintain pay plan and benefits program. ● Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs. ● Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics. ● Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Requirements

● Proven working experience as an HR manager. ● In-depth knowledge of Iranian labor law, payroll process, and HR best practices. ● Work experience in the manufacturing sector. ● Proficient knowledge of health and safety measures in production facilities. ● People-oriented and results-driven. ● Ability to plan strategy along with leadership skills. ● Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company. ● Familiar with Quality management system ISO 9001:2015. ● Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office. ● Experience with ERP systems (Rayvarz) is a plus.
