Responsibility: ● Recruitment and workflow, employee performance evaluation and productivity reward system, training, attendance, performance, and effectiveness analysis of employees, payroll, development of strategies and goals of the organization in the relevant field. Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Psychology, or Industrial Engineering. ● Age range: 28 to 35 years old. General and specialized competencies of human resources manager: ● Knowledge and expertise of human resources: High knowledge in the principles, skills, and tasks of human resource management. ● Leadership: High ability to direct and motivate employees in line with the goals of the organization. ● Business Sham: High ability to understand and use information in order to achieve the strategic goals of the organization. ● Advice: High ability to guide the various stakeholders of the organization. ● Communication: High ability to exchange effective information among the organization's stakeholders. ● Problem-solving and decision making: High ability to analyze problems, evaluate solutions and choose the best solution in areas related to human resources. ● Reliability: Reliability in our view is professional loyalty, the ability to trust, confidentiality, honesty and truthfulness, the pursuit of personal interests by increasing organizational resources, and adherence to ethical rules and principles. ● Creative and modern thinking: We are looking for a manager who is creative and has modern and contemporary thinking in the field of management, empowerment, and loyalty to human resources. Specialized capabilities of Human Resources Manager: ● Have a startup spirit, challenging and creative. ● Mastery of various human resource processes. ● Mastery of management and control of recruitment processes, recruitment. ● Mastering the feedback strategies and measuring employee motivation. ● Mastering the design and development of key performance indicators of employees. ● Mastery of the process of development, training, and performance evaluation of human resources. ● Mastery of matters related to insurance, salaries, and administrative automation. ● Mastery of compiling, reviewing, and amending the required instructions and laws. ● Mastering the rules and regulations of the Labor, Insurance, and Tax Administration and personnel contracts. ● Mastering by designing the organizational structure and analyzing jobs and preparing job descriptions.
