Job Description

● Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. ● Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues. ● Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization. ● Identify staff vacancies and recruit interview and select and select applicants. ● Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives. ● Design and monitor of organizational structure and chart. ● Evaluate contract and follow up training and development plans. ● Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs. ● Identify and design succession and development plan for employees. ● Set up employer brand project. ● Organize all personnel administration affairs adoring labor law. Such as contracts in insurance and etc. ● Plan design and conduct motivational programs to increase employee satisfaction performing job analysis evaluations for new positions or existing ones for reclassification purposes improving organizational structure by updating Job requirements and job description . ● Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

Requirements

● At least Master's degree preferably in Human Resources Management or other related fields. ● At least 10 years of related experience in Human Resources Management. ● Good knowledge of labor law. ● Strong interpersonal, communicating and organizational skills. Skills: ● Excellent networking skills ● Ability to lead and direct people ● Strong interpersonal skills ● Influencing and negotiating skills ● Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution
