Job Description

  • Human resources planning, recruiting, selection, community, service trip.
  • Assess the performance of employees based on the indicators and designated models and provide micro and macro reports and give necessary feedback.
  • Business evaluation (grading), salary and wages, compensation for material and immaterial services, and welfare services.
  • Feasibility study for holding training courses, designing training courses, time planning, teaching methods, measuring effectiveness, receiving feedback, and providing micro and macro reports.
  • Recognize recruiting resources, resume rankings, indicators, and test methods, their assessment in interviews and written tests, interviewing and negotiation techniques, and control of perceived errors in selection.
  • Do official and informal mechanisms of motivation, encouragement, and punishment of staff to improve performance.
  • Do office affairs, HR information systems, and personnel.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in HRM, or an MBA graduate.
  • At least 10 years of total experience; 5 years of executive managerial experience is mandatory.
  • Full command of computer knowledge.
  • Full command of labor law.
  • Ability to lead and persuade people.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong systemic thinking.
