Prepare and adjust policies, instructions, implementation methods, regulations, and human resources departments.
Determine performance review indicators, supervise the issuing of employment orders and conduct employee performance evaluations.
Prepare and update the description of company posts.
Implement employee performance management project and presentation of results.
Create and control the rating system and provide relevant reports.
Create a communication system between employees and the organization.
Supervise educational records and personal ID cards with the aim of planning for them.
Participate and control the employee survey process, analyzing its results, developing improvement projects, and following up on the implementation of said projects.
Control the establishment of the approved organizational structure and the processes developed based on it.
Manage the process of resignation and leaving the organization.
Job analysis and employee salary system design.
Train employees and try to improve their knowledge and skills.
Maintain and strengthen employee motivation.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives in alignment with the overall business strategy.
Strengthen the relationship between management and employees by handling requests, complaints, or other issues.
Requirements
At least a Master's degree in Management or Industrial Engineering.
At least 4 years of human resources management experience.
Strong public relations.
Negotiation skills.
Proficient in human resources excellence model.
Problem-solving skills to deal with employee disputes, complaints, and problems.
