Objective of the role:
- Monitor , Evaluate and Control Human Resource
- Check and Control the Requirement of HR Training
- Support the HR Stuff to improve the Performance.
List of responsibilities:
- Creating Job identification
- Analyzing monthly Performance of HR
- Reporting to: HR Manager.
- Subordinates: Not Applicable.
- Length of Probation Period: 3 Month.
- Working hours: Saturday - Wednesday 8:30 - 17:30.
- Travel requirements: Basically Not Required But depends on Future Activity.
- Gross Monthly Base Salary: By Agreement .
- Commission / Bonus / Benefits: By Agreement .
Requirements
- University Qualifications: MBA,DBA .
- Nature and length of previous experience: Experiment of Working in HR Department.
- Soft Skills and Personality traits: Teamwork , Adaptability , Leadership Skills , Communication Skills.
