Job Description
The Human Resources Manager is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support to our company. The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.
With working as a HR Manager, you will play a critical role in the HR plan in our company.
Day in the life:
-Strategically lead and fully execute key HR initiatives that support Chasht Pasand vision
-You will guide leaders and employees regarding company policies, values, HR program administration (benefits, pay and salary) and interpretation to ensure policies and procedures are executed consistently across the site
-You will be responsible for diagnosing organizational issues, developing solutions and implementing an action plan
-Ensure activities comply with all employment laws and regulations
-Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
-utilize your excellent communication, coaching and influencing skills to drive employee engagement and manage change.
-Proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
-Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
