Job Description

The Human Resources Manager is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support to our company. The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement. With working as a HR Manager, you will play a critical role in the HR plan in our company. Day in the life: -Strategically lead and fully execute key HR initiatives that support Chasht Pasand vision -You will guide leaders and employees regarding company policies, values, HR program administration (benefits, pay and salary) and interpretation to ensure policies and procedures are executed consistently across the site -You will be responsible for diagnosing organizational issues, developing solutions and implementing an action plan -Ensure activities comply with all employment laws and regulations -Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning. -utilize your excellent communication, coaching and influencing skills to drive employee engagement and manage change. -Proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent. -Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.

Requirements

-At least 4 years Prior Human Resources and Leadership experience - PhD or master’s Degree required; major in Industrial/Labor Relations, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or other related field preferred - Good communication and Team management skills - Interview skills - Responsible personality - Familiar with the job classification process - Mastering administrative and human resource tactics and techniques - Familiar with specialized office software and human resources - Possess problem solving and analytical capability; experience of managing and analyzing HR metrics to find root causes and develop short, medium and long-term plans - Have the ability to develop effective working relationships with employees at all levels - Have a proven hands-on attitude, be flexible and adaptable. - Demonstrate the ability to motivate others and influence work behaviors - Possess strong change management, negotiation and influencing skills - Have intellectual curiosity, bringing valuable insight into the team - Be experienced in managing a team of HR professionals - Strong communication skills - Adaptable, flexible, detail-oriented, creative, innovative thinker -Demonstrates strong commitment to personal learning and development - Teamwork
