Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, HR Management, Organizational Psychology, or related fields.
● At least 3 years of experience related to HR development.
● Enough knowledge of HR concepts and principles.
● Hands-on experience in some of the tasks mentioned above.
● Good theoretical knowledge of different HR roles specifically organization development unit.
● Ability to design and implement HR procedures, especially performance management.
● Capability to make a synergic collaboration.
● Innovation, agile thinking, collaboration, decision making, problem-solving, remarkable communication skills, analytical and critical thinking.
● Good command of English (Comprehension of technical texts).
● Good command of MS Office, especially Excel, and Visio.
● Good interpersonal skills.
● Good problem-solving skills.
● A humble team player.
