Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR generalist who has knowledge of different parts of human resources and must commit to implementing and maintaining our core values. The ideal candidate will be proactive, energetic, detail-oriented, and able to anticipate principals' needs and provide exceptional service in a timely manner. Qualified candidates will work independently, wear multiple hats and be productive in a working environment. Must be flexible to shift priorities as needed. Responsibilities: ● Cooperate in developing individual and organizational KPIs. ● Collaborate in the development and updating of job descriptions. ● Offer specific programs to help employees develop their competencies. ● Cooperate in finding and recruitment of elites. ● Provide novel and fresh ideas to enhance job satisfaction and organizational belonging. ● Cooperate in developing human resource strategies. ● Implement the HR strategic planning. ● Perform the onboarding process for the new staff. ● Maintain the work structure by updating job descriptions for all positions. ● Design and implement a competency model in the organization. ● Monitor the employee performance management system. ● Develop and implement employer branding strategies. ● Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning. ● Manage the employee relations process and build out the employee relations function. ● Perform job analysis, and prepare and update job descriptions in the organization. ● Prepare and analyze HR surveys, such as job satisfaction, employee engagement, etc. ● Cooperate on and conduct various OD projects (employee experience, learning organization, suggestion system, etc.).

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, HR Management, Organizational Psychology, or related fields. ● At least 3 years of experience related to HR development. ● Enough knowledge of HR concepts and principles. ● Hands-on experience in some of the tasks mentioned above. ● Good theoretical knowledge of different HR roles specifically organization development unit. ● Ability to design and implement HR procedures, especially performance management. ● Capability to make a synergic collaboration. ● Innovation, agile thinking, collaboration, decision making, problem-solving, remarkable communication skills, analytical and critical thinking. ● Good command of English (Comprehension of technical texts). ● Good command of MS Office, especially Excel, and Visio. ● Good interpersonal skills. ● Good problem-solving skills. ● A humble team player.
