Job Description

- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction - Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs - Analyze current and past financial data, such as sales reports, and provide strategies to cut costs and increase revenue - Responsible to realize yearly plans, manage P&L - Finding and developing new markets and improving sales. - Planning to add new customers and agents - Monitor competitors, market conditions and product/market development - Develops and manages the required infrastructure to enable business success - To know how to define a product road map and have experience in working with stakeholders on delivering the expected business benefits. - Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met. - Gathering and analysing key business data - Designing a competitive advantage and documenting business processes - Design and implementation of the business model and marketing plan

Requirements

- Education: At least MSc/BSc in marketing/commercial management/MBA or relevant fields. - Male or female - Fluent in English - Age 30 to 40 years - HR knowledge - Minimum 5 years of experience in business development - Proficient in MS Office - Time management and planning skills - High Emotional Intelligence - Creative and motivated - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Excellent in Teamwork - Problem analysis and problem-solving
