Job Description

Roles:

1- Organize and lead the corporate strategy implementation process to cascade the corporate strategy, and translate strategic objectives into action plans
2- Translate strategy and business models into business plans and roadmaps to enable effective implementation
3- Monitor, analyze, and facilitate the execution of venture strategies to ensure delivery of strategic results
4- Perform deep data analyses to diagnose performance and/or revision of business strategies of ventures
5- Collaborate with ventures to define and implement strategic initiatives to address business problems and exploit growth opportunities
6- Identify group synergies, ensure proper alignment of ventures' roadmaps and execution models, and facilitate effective cross-business collaboration.


Requirements:

1. B.Sc. or higher in Management, Industrial engineering or related fields (Having MBA or M.Sc. in Management, Industrial Engineering or E-commerce would be an advantage)
2. Minimum of 5 years of work experience in the field of Data analysis, market research, business strategy or business development in a medium or large organization active in e-commerce or adjacent industries
3. Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in a medium or large organization in the field of Data analysis, market research, business strategy or business development
4. Familiar with strategic planning and execution frameworks in a corporate/holding level
5. High business acumen
6. Ability to interpret financial statements
7. Excellent at visualization and preparation of high quality presentations
8. Advanced English proficiency
9. Advanced inter-personal communication skills
